Need more information about booking a conference room or desk?

Talk To Us

Resources refer to any items or services that the coworking hub can offer to its members or customers. This includes desks, meeting rooms, bundles (a mix of desks and rooms), private offices, memberships, virtual postal address services, and various products. These resources are available for booking, purchase, or subscription through the Baseworx platform.

To add resources to your website or profile, follow these steps:
  • Access Admin Panel: Log in to the Baseworx admin panel.
  • Navigate to Resources Section: Go to the relevant section dedicated to managing this resources.
  • Add New Resource: Click on the option to add a new resource. Fill in the details such as resource type (desk, meeting room, etc.), description, pricing, availability, and any other relevant information.
  • Upload Media: Add images or videos to showcase the resource.
  • Publish: Once all details are entered, save and embed this resource on your website. It will then appear on your website or profile for members to view and purchase.

Payment for resources is processed securely through Stripe.
  • Booking/Ordering: When a member books a resource or makes a purchase, they will be directed to the checkout page.
  • Payment Methods: The system supports various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, SEPA payments, and digital wallets.
  • Payment Processing: Once the payment details are entered, the transaction is processed securely through the payment gateway.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful payment, a confirmation email with the receipt is sent to the member and you will be notified.

If a resource has a limited inventory, the system allows you to manage and track its availability. Here's how you can handle limited inventory:
  • Set Inventory Limits: When adding or editing a resource, specify the total inventory available (e.g., the number of desks, meeting rooms, locker rentals, parking spaces etc.).
  • Real-Time Tracking: The system tracks bookings and purchases in real-time, allowing you to make decisions about how best to allocate your resources.
  • Availability Display: The current availability status of the resource is sometimes displayed to members when they attempt to book or purchase it. Eg dates will be blocked out or a certain quantity of an item will be unavailable.
